About Me

My name is Tracie. I’m an imperfect, somewhat nerdy woman who acts, sings, writes and designs. I also love movies and books–I’m fascinated by stories. I’m made in the image of God and am a Christ-follower. My goal is to become more and more like Jesus, while also becoming more and more myself, because I think that’s His goal too.

I have a husband and four children, and we live in familial bliss on the east coast.

I am your mom and I know so little about what you do for a living, but I wanted to say how proud I am that you who you are and that I am very proud of your accomplishments.

Keep up the good work, my daughter. You never cease to amaze me!

    I love you lots 🙂

  2. Tracie says:

Hey, Tracie. Thanx for checking out my site, and for commenting!

I appreciate the add to the blogroll, too. I will be coming back, so write often! Derrick.

I just love you!! Found your blog by accident, well, not really cause I don’t believe in accidents. I love your writings… definitely a gift!!! Loved the movie reviews. Maybe you should look into getting into that field. They were better than any review I’ve ever read. Well, I’ll bookmark you and check back frequently. I’ve recently started working on a blog, but it’s mostly to keep the family up to date about Mr. Seth. I’ll have to email it to you. Love you girl!!

  5. Tracie says:

😀 Thanks so much Rory! I’m glad you’re doing a blog, definitely tell me about it so I can check it out! Much love to you and the boys!

    Hi, Tracie!

Thanks for giving Final Days Forum a wonderful spot on your cool site! I also thank you for your kind comments…

We DO seem to have some of the same movie favorites. I read the list on your site, treyka.wordpress.com. LOTR, Pride and Prejudice, Spider-Man 2, Sense and Sensibility, the Long Kiss Goodnight — all are among my absolute favorites. Wow.

Thank you for stopping by and leaving a couple of comments on my blog, Tracie. It is always good to hear from other brothers and sisters in Christ, even though much of what I write is not overtly “Christian”–though I try to write everything from a Christian perspective. I have enjoyed looking around your blog as well. God bless.

Hey thanks so much for the compliment..although I feel bad accepting it, you see it’s another example of why I love blogging. I had this picture I took on a mission trip up there that didn’t really fit what I was trying to do with my blog and Joel over at cecworship.wordpress.com created it for me! So, it’s really his creation so I’ll pass your compliment along to him Haha.

  12. Tracie says:

Hey, that’s okay–you had the good taste to display it!

  13. I love your site. Keep it up !

  14. Bethany says:

I absolutely loved reading your Chapters – how your relationship and understanding of who God is evolved where it always does: in the deepest valleys. Thank you for writing it down.

  15. treyka says:

Thanks Bethany, you’re so right about those valleys! I do still “plan” to finish those chapters… 😉
